[PayPal] How do you tell how an acc is verified?

Sorry for the confusing title, but what I'm asking is ....

How do you know if a PayPal account is verified by credit card or whether it's bank funded?

I DON'T care if they can still chargeback, I just want to know how to determine whether someone's paypal acc is verified by CC or bank funds.

 

No matter how an account is verified, they still have the ability to charge back. A person can just as easily claim and cancel as they can call paypal up and get them to reverse the charge. This is why paypal is risky to use. Only use paypal when you are dealing with someone that you believe to be trusted.

I think he's asking how to find out if a PayPal user is verified or not.

I believe you can find whether or not a PayPal user is verified if he/she sends you a payment.

 

Ask them to send you a link to profile

it will display if its verified or not, theres a seal and link on people who are verified.

And if they are verified, then they have more protection, which means they have a better chance of winning a chargeback.

 

I know how to check if a user is verified or not, but I heard that you can't chargeback if your acc is bank funded, unlike CC, which you can just report it stolen, and you'll get your money back.

Verified or not they can chargeback all they want, actually verified users have an EASIER TIME charging back. It's just people don't like credit cards so they prefer bank funded verified account.

To know if an account is credit card funded is simple when they send you a payment you will have to accept or decline it. On bank funded payments you don't.
