winguh is a scammer

this is my thread where i was selling the account

person2 = someone else that offered
winguh offered and so did person2.
winguh offered 1 pin person2 offered 2
winguh acused person2 of scamming so i told person2 that he had to go first(as he had no vouches).
person2 refused to go first
so i instantly closed the deal and then went to winguh
i went first and gave him account
he gave me a pin and it took me a while but in the end it was invalid.

You can't use Chat Logs as proof, and you have not even supplied the Number/Country/Type/Payment Method for the Pin either, for it to be confirmed. You have also not supplied Video evidence of you entering the Pin supplied, with showing the Chat Window as well, and the Pin not working.

For this, your Scammer Report is Denied.

Of course. But you also have to show you in the MSN Window that you were in previously when he gave you the Pin Number/Country/Type/Payment Method to prove that he gave you the exact Pin that you are entering, and that he is indeed a Scammer.

I don't care for 'MSN History'. I care that you have the actual window up at the time while you're shooting a Video that you enter the Pin that was given and it doesn't work. If you can't pull up the actual MSN Window, then I guess you're out of luck.

I don't care for MSN History because they are saved in XML Format, and they can be changed at anyone, at anytime.

That is absolutely editable, and still.. I see NO VIDEO of the MSN WINDOW + You ENTERING the PIN and it NOT WORKING.

After seeing the Video Proof, I guess I'll Ban him for now. The only thing I'm sketchy on is the fact that I don't see his MSN Address anywhere in the Window. Euh.

If he Disputes it with sufficient evidence, he'll be unbanned.
