You know you can get charged for sexual harassment which should be a suspension. Yes you should get it and so stop crying about crying about and just consider your self lucky. It looks like you are in Middle School so you have you have a lot to learn about the law.

Just what I am trying to say, its called sexual harassment. It is against the law and the school does not want to get sued because they did not take action. You should get that detention because the school is doing the right thing.
