    if that is the cost for someone capable to complete your end of the agreement then yes. Time is money after all, and it has been milked dry from me with nothing in return.
    I'd like my end of the agreement after being patient and generous with alternatives for over two weeks now.

    This was discussed with other staff members:

    @Tannuleet failed to hold up his end of the bargain here, the original agreement was an infernal cape for GFX done by @Lachie, and the GFX has been completed. You do not get to refuse to pay someone just because you do not like the GFX that you ordered after the person has committed time to it (and ultimately completing it.)

    @Tannuleet owes @Lachie 300m 07 here, whether that be via direct payment or as payment to another provider that can do his cape successfully. Please let me know when this has been resolved.
