@ARIBA owes me the rest of the payment for a currency conversion (skrill to btc) given to him in october to convert. 1000/2000$ owed



He was helping me out, by converting my eur skrill for btc for as low % fee as possible, which was much lower, and faster, then i could do on my own.





The first couple times this was done, it only took a matter of a couple days




I then sent him 2k euros to convert



proof of payment ( named taken off for not doxxing, email remains visible)




He then tried paying it off in paypal, i agreed to take the half, because i didnt feel risking my pp account to take 2k from another country pp would be safe or smart.




He refused because he "wanted to clear the debts", to give 1k then said his pp got banned(exactly why i didnt trust taking 2k and risk being linked to currency converting, a bannable offense on pp)
and said itd probably take day to fix





I then had months of him telling me he did not have funds, or his paypal was blocked etc ( even though he was able to sell bills through his store and faced no problems there)

Id go days without hearing from him or up to weeks as hed simply ignore my msgs.




Even offered to take gp, but nope








After Calculating the debts we confirmed them in EUR (as the debts were approx 1850 euro= 2k usd)

He then finally sent in EUR PP ( not what we agreed on, as one it was originally supposed to be for btc but that got thrown out the window and i was forced to take usd pp )

I then refunded the payment ( this was before the 4% fee garbage) as I believe since it was his paypal he could easily resend the right currency.

It turns out it was a 3rd party paypal ( not what i agreed on Nor told beforehand that it wasnt HIS paypal, as him not having paypal or enough funds in his paypal was always the excuse)


And by refunding the paypal i had caused this 3rd parties account to get locked.

Molto then refused to pay me, until paypal is unlocked as he wont "double down " on debts.

And blamed this third party even telling me its my fault and i should talk to him ( I never was told there would be a 3rd party at all until this fuck up happened)










I can post more photos over the last months of his reputing the same thing about paypal being locked and not doubling down on debts, but I believe I have served enough proof and the fact of this report, proving I am still not paid in hole

(Since then he has paid 1000/2000$ towards a debt to a mutual party. )

And I am still owed 1000$ that he refuses to pay till his paypal is unlocked
Yet he has BTC and GP no problem through his company, was even told by his ex manager that he had more then enough funds to pay the debt.

I have grown tired of being nice waiting months for this to be resolved, but he clearly has no intentions of paying me.

 

Well I don't think it's fair because he refunded the PayPal money and my account got blocked for 180 days

He was the one who got the PayPal blocked by refunding it (Because it was $20 off or something)



I told him many many times that the money got locked due to his own fault of refunding the PayPal when told not to.

I gave him $1000/2000 of my own money even though all the money is locked up

NOTE: It wasn't my PayPal it was my suppliers PayPal that got blocked

 

I will pay the debt and be out $4000 if that's what you guys really want for me.

I told him he just needs to wait the 180 days, and I paid him half of it out my own money even though I can't access the rest

If you tell me I need to pay it and be out the 4k, I will go ahead and pay it and be forced to wait the time myself (For RSGoldRush's mistake)

 

I have paid the remaining $1000 to RSGoldRush, putting me out $4000 in total for his mistake

He did not pay it to ME

He paid it to chicks. ( I do not know why, as i have 0 outstanding debt with him)




SO now im waiting on chicks to reply to see if even he got the money and can fwd it to me.....

 

You don't need to bring Chicks into this bro lol @Andy

If he simply asks any one of the Chicks staff he will be able to get his $1000

If he really wanted his money, he should have thrown me a BTC addy or something, so instead I just handed it to Chicks to get this situation dealt with ASAP.

RSGoldRush is being very difficult on purpose, he can get his money if he really wants

 

My boy @Andy simply asked if I can confirmed being paid.

I simply told him the situation as I can not confirm I have been paid, since I have not, due to you paying a third pary.

Ive already messaged chicks and Nexus, immediately after you told me you paid him not me.

Im sure it will be resolved shortly, and I can update that i received the money.

Although if I was in a different mode I would argue that he should have waited a few more months as it was all his mistake and now I am out $4000
