I imagine they would be worth a decent amount of money, the bandaes could (possibly) be used to cheat in stakes, where you have set it to no food. You could set up the barricades in other minigames, or block people from running away from you in PvP:

IE: Freeze them, or snare. Set up barricades around them, continue to far/cast range.

It all really depends if they barricades can still be used, and attacked outside of castle wars, and if the bandages are counted as food in stakes.
