Why Hitler wasn't a Nazi

You really think people wouldn't find other differences to use as stereotypes and for discrimination?

Maybe all big-nosed people would be second-class.

Or maybe it would be everyone who believed in a certain religion or faith, or had different customs or ideas..

I agree to an extent. Socialism only looks semi-good on paper.

But, by the book, Hitler wasn't a Nazi.

No, they are just misinformed. There is nothing wrong with being misinformed.

 

They may all be collectivist ideologies, but they all have a different stand that makes them different.

Communism and socialism are very close related.
Fascism and nazism too.
But there is a fine line between them.

Communism tells people that they are all equal, fascism says that people are not equal. For example, women; fascism says women are less than men.

Both fascism and nazism are militarian, communism isn't.

 

I also believe that not all "Nazi's" were bad people. They were 'brainwashed' by the ideal of a perfect world. The thought of that may have oversighted previous morals because they were good in their eyes. In addition, simple orders can make good men do bad things. This often happens in any war. Those who didnt do that, were often held by the fact that they fought, or found bullets in their kids brains.

 

It would be an overstatement if you say ALL nazis strongly believes what they were really into. Some were conscious of joining it in the first place to avoid being accused of treason. But still at the same time knew what they were doing was immoral and wrong but still acted to save their own hides. The main people that could be held accountable is their superiors who gave the actual orders.

But if you truly didn't want to be apart of it, you could make it happen. Flee the country, so to speak.

First of all, it's Nazi. Second of all, NS is not an abbreviation for Nazi.

Nazis aren't inherently bad, before Hitler nobody even knew what a Nazi was.

There's even a (very small) Nazi party in the US.

National socialism was the NSDAP, so he's a nazi.

 

I think that there is a fundamental difference between fascism and communism - fascism is ALL about inequality.

 

Funny thing is, if i brought this up to my friends and said Hitler was no nazi they would immediately call me stupid, retarded, crazy. Then i would go on to proving facts of such a topic and then they would resort to bringing up other proven things that they dont think are right and use those as a cover up to get rid of this topic because they know they are wrong and cant admit it. Pathetic people.... And if i every were to bring something up again i'd get bagged on and one day im going to beat the shit out of my friend and shove the facts down his throat.

 

You don't understand; it was a lie. He was not a "Nazi", he was part of the Nazi party, which was one of the competing parties (like Liberals and Conservatives in Canada, and Republicans and Democrats in the U.S etc.) which supposedly promoted National Socialism. He then twisted Nazi mantra and changed the Nazi idealisms to something quite different. Hitler was a Nazi, there is no question. He just revolutionized what being Nazi means. In the way Russia twisted Communism, Hitler twisted the Nazi Party, not the actual definition of socialism.

 

He was clearly a nazi because he lead the nazi party. Defining what a nazi is wont help, because he essentially turned the NSDAP party into the nazi party, and instilled his views into it, which were the nazi views.
