Banend for pin selling?

i was recently banned for selling a pin. to a person, he kept saying that the pins were not working, i gave him 3 pins, after that i got fed up, thinking this guy is trying to steal my pins, so i said no, he later reported me, i replied on dispute thing saying that i feel hes lieing and that i would repay him another pin if they wanted to. im sorry for this and i only did it because i felt ive sold over 20 pins all have worked fine, why would the 21st?? 3times...


please forgive me? and i will give him another pin
