I have discussed this with another staff member and here is what we have come up with:

There is not substantial enough proof that the trade was accepted or declined on either side, so neither party can be held liable for the gold.

There is also not substantial enough proof to suggest that a fake middleman was involved here either.

@person 101 has been given a TWC for suspicious behavior, which can be appealed here in 30 days.

@Dark Name @person 101 please take better documentation of your trades (more screenshots, recordings, ect) in the future to avoid situations like this.
