Explanation of the trade: User had a request on the "Minigame service" page that he wanted somebody to hunt Dragon implings on his ironman for him to get some glories. I contacted him in a PM and he gave me his Discord. After some talking we came to an agreement of 3.5M per dragon impling caught and he'd pay me upfront for 5 implings. I received the money and started hunting. Got all 5 and then he said alright i'll pay you 5.5M per d imp and 25M if you get the glories (Because it was super contested by Venezuelans and bots). Ofcourse i accepted the offer and started hunting again, caught 18 in total and he paid me for all 13 (because he paid for 5 already) and he even paid 25m for the glories. Then he asked if i wanted to do some quests and catch 5k karambwans for him, i suggested a price and he accepted, i caught the 5k karams and he paid me AFTER the service was done, around 50m. I trusted him because we had some long conversations and it felt like he became more of a "friend" rather than a customer.

Then we started talking about him wanting 20-87 slayer done on the ironman, which is a very long process. We made some calculations on how much it would cost and came to a payment agreement. Pay for 20-60 slayer first and then 60-70 60-80 etc. At this time he was moving houses ( even showed me pictures ) so i was like meh, screw it he can pay me for 20-60 slayer when he's got some time on his hands because he's so busy moving (keep in mind that he already paid me well over 100M Osrs after services were done). So yesterday night he asked me, can i pay with paypal instead of OSRS cash? it's just way easier for me now that i'm moving etc. And i told him i was a little unfamiliar with online payments such as Paypal and stuff when it comes to receiving money as i've only SOLD gold before. Therefore i told him alright, on smaller orders we can do it through PayPal but when it comes to orders above 100M i'd prefer OSRS cash. He agreed and told me he sent the money for 20-60 slayer but i've never received any. Because i'm kind of unfamiliar with PayPal i thought it would have some delay and everything was fine. He told me to shoot him a PM on Discord the next morning if the money hasn't arrived yet. So the next morning i checked Paypal and nothing was on there. I PM him on Discord and tell him that I didn't receive any money and he deleted me off of Discord and changed the account's password.

This whole thing is very weird to me because he paid me over 100M AFTER services were completed, a complete trust trade. And now he scams me for 20M OSRS? I only got to 50 slayer.
Amount scammed: 50M osrs (38 USD)
How they scammed: Never paying the money.

@Andy I don't think he's ever going to respond. He hasn't been on Sythe for a full day. Which is rare for him because he was on his Sythe account everyday..

 

I would like to respond to this. I have overpaid this man and tipped him very well almost double the price in everything. I am moving houses that is true everything he said is true. I deleted him and changed MY accounts password because I had woken up to log on to see how the progress was going and my Ironman account was missing items which was very weird and I have had this happen before with a sythe user doing services so I got skeptical and just deleted him. Did not want to take any chances.

 

I have just tried responding to him on sythe but I cannot message him it says. I will pay him for the services he did which was 20-50 slayer. And the price we agreed upon, but I wish to do no further services since I am being blamed for something ridiculous.

 

@SleepyHollow Missing items? Please elaborate. There wasn't even anything worth on the account dropping over / taking
