Official Sythe Duel Tournaments

Hey Sythe. So, yesterday I was sitting here wishing dueling was still here. When I thought, hey, I'm on a cheating website I can do what I want to Jagex.
So I thought of Having Duel Tournaments with Sythe Members.

I was thinking it could go something like this:
We set up divisions for the tournaments (For example: lvl 70-80.
We set up rules ex: No movement, No food, No pots, No armor...(ETC)
We set the initial entrance fee to get into the tournament.
After we set the initial entrance fee, depending on the amount of people that join, we add the places. For example 1st Gets 10m 2nd gets 5m etc...


Also, a portion of the entrance fee could go to Sythe, which would make money for sythe, while making a fun enjoyable expierence for those of us who miss dueling.
The duels would have to be watched by an official sythe moderator or if at all possible the administrator for sythe dueling. I would volounteer, but I know if this ever happened I wouldn't get it ='( Also like ElivOk said, we would need a whole 'nother section with new mods, etc...

Yes I definately agree with you. I honestly think this could be a legitimate thing if we could get it to take off.

Oh for sure I could set it up myself, I mean I'm suggesting Sythe holds the duel tournaments making it widespread through-out the website. That way, more money will be in the pot for the ones that place to win. But, I agree in a sense where you're coming from. I'm not exactly deeming it official, I'm just suggesting it is introduced into sythe as the Official Sythe Dueling Tournament. If you get what I'm saying?

 

Not everyone who comes here plays Runescape.

Maybe a section in the Runescape area dedicated to Duelling.
However, last time I checked, Matthew doesn't accept RSGP as an income for Sythe.

I doubt this will go through to become official. You might just need to pull the strings yourself.

 

I doubt that this will become official, but if you get a mod to sponsor/help you with this, I'm sure that it will become quite popular!

Uhm, No.
It would be listed under Runescape section,
no new mods, thats a stupid idea, when we already have sectional mods for it. (Finn, Unbanned, tgump).

If people would use it, I'd support,
but I would think it would be anouther dead section.

 

Participation for this would be minimal, tbh.

 

Maybe make it unofficial? If you gather up and proof you can hold or someone can organise it might become official.

If this isn't turned into an actual part of the Sythe forums, I would definately be willing to host tournaments if you guys would want to join.

Yeah. Add my MSN guys i may just hold a dueling tournament of my own since no mods have posted there thoughts or supported so far.
