Explain the service: I was paying Damooshka 65m OSRS to get me 53-80 Mining, we agreed that my account will keep all the ores (Especially needed since I am an ironman). He randomly decided that he didn't want to keep the ores to speed up the process but its not what we agreed on, He messaged me about it on Discord but I didn't see it since it was in between a Huge bulk of updates that I thought were just account updates.

Amount scammed: About 1m EXP (Rough estimate) worth of MLM ores

Resting case: I Ordered 53-80 Mining using the MLM method, and specified I wanted the ores. I wish I wasn't here right now writing this out as it's a waste of my time completely, but I don't appreciate when you have "Guru's" on the site that just think they can scam/adjust the order just because they want to finish an order quicker trying to use loopholes. He continued to get very nasty with me so I changed the password on my account as I didn't feel safe with him having access to it. NOT ONCE DID I SAY GO AHEAD AND DROP THE ORES THE WHOLE POINT OF ME ASKING FOR MLM WAS FOR THE ORES. Thank you.

Ok to start off, here is my Defence. This user is seriously confused, and im in shock he filed this Report cause its silly and was not necessary at all. The order was paid for i can vouch for that. He ordered 53-80 mining and we settled with 60m, however he then told me its a hcim and only has a runepick so i only bumped the price to 65m and he asked if i could go faster on his order.i took it up as a challenge and grinded an insane amount of mining exp within a week i had hit 78.

Gave him a 2-3 week timeframe but since he paid me and extra 5m telling me to go faster i went beyond and above the duty of fullfilling this order. i would proceed to send him photos of 7-10 hour sitting (200k exp drops).

Banking everything up until 73-74 whatever the level it is to unlock the top floor.



I obtained the entire Prospectors set for him at around level 68/70 and then farmed another 100 nuggets and purchased upper level:




Here he claims i did some sort of a loophole. however, i stated in a full sentence whilst providing updates every login/logout session that after lvl 72 i would drop ores. He proceeded to respond with compliments and happiness seeing how quick his minning levels had jumped. to fit his request to go faster which he even paid me an extra 5m to do so!!!

Above here is my standing aguement ^ please read and try to understand where im coming from.

Towards the end of the service, after i have hit 78 in a week spending atleast 8 hours a day working on hitting that 80 milestone, he messages me all that saying how im a scammer when it was him paying me extra to get this order "a kick fast". i feel like its unfair to even file this report. i got him prospectors and the upper level he wanted, and i was gonna finish 80 mining in a week instead of 2-3 for only 5m.



BTW even him calling me a scammer and mistreating me as a service provider, i remained calm and proceeded to continue offering my service until the very end, (78 mining)

 

Basically, in the end being kind will bite you in the ass it seems.

He didnt mention ALL ores, and not only that i had also previously sent him a message at around lvl 58 signaling im banking some ores for him.




i am still willing to finish the service, but he thinks im gonna try to hurt his ironman or something along those lines. i am also willing to refund him for the last 2 levels he didnt let me finish.

 

Sorry if I’m mistaken, but I originally wanted the ores and he’s trying to argue that he told me he decided to change my order on his will and me not reading it gave him some sort of imaginary confirmation? When I said I want the ores, It’s not necessary to justify “All the ores” since it’s clearly self explanatory. There’s his “loophole”

Notice how above in the picture he ASKS MY PERMISSION to buy prospectors to speed up the order and I agreed. But when it came to dropping the ores he didn’t ask and get a verification.

 

i also stated i would never try to harm his account as i do care about my reputation on sythe. i did end up losing it at the end whilst chatting with this guy, but its because i wasn't believing how ungrateful he became all of a sudden. i stayed up around 3 mornings and multiple nights hand-training and putting all my effort into this order and i don't regret it its what i love doing. it is my hobby. but i feel like this is some bullshit

 

Another fact about customer, is there is no way its over 410k exp if even that of ores dropped. i dont know where he got 1 million from. the ores started being dropped late lvl 72, again this is because he wanted speed and was charged extra for speed, and the mining level hasn't gone past 78.

 

10k ores on the account (roughly 62.5 exp per ore) about 750-850k xp when the ore STARTED dropping, it’s close to 1.7mil xp now.

 

Another thing you can see in the updates in the update photos starting lvl 72 that there was pay-dirt in the screenshots so how can someone wait till the last minute to complain when im just about done with the order? it just feels like he wants more than what he paid for in my eyes, but let me know what you guys think

 

Still waiting for where I confirmed you can change the order as you please and start dropping ore when I didn’t agree to that

@tripooolar you did not object to him dropping the ores in this screenshot, however @Damooshka should definitely not have taken it upon himself to randomly change the order, and especially not without asking you specifically first.

Given you received 72-78 mining and a Prospector's set, it's unreasonable to grant you a refund for those levels, especially without you objecting above. You're entitled to the 5m refund for the incomplete service (78-80 mining).

You should consider yourself fortunate to not have a TWC for this. The user emphasised he wanted the ores at the beginning, however you took it upon yourself to change the order to complete it more quickly. The right course of action would have been to ask tripooolar whether it was okay to drop ores from here on, not simply state it in the middle of several other messages and take his silence as yes.

Let me know once the 5m has been returned

 

@Gladiator I understand I should have paid a little more attention to what he was doing, granted I didn't think he'd just change the order himself. I had a lot of stuff going on and only saw his message updates saying that he was getting the order done fairly quickly. I don't request a refund, it was never my intention. My whole reason for reporting him was so that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. It's more about how he did it and how he handled it as a service provider. Thank you for your reply.
