Let's Start From the Top:
I was browsing for some OSRS accounts and I came across a main account I was interested in. I contacted support on their website asking how much the account costs / if it is still available.

After some chatting and figuring out the price, I paid the OSRS GP and got the confirmation from the website to confirm that it was me (visa versa):

Once I purchased the account, I was sent the info to log into it. I logged into the account and realized that this was not at all what I paid for. Everything was different. This account was 40 attack 40 defense, not a main as shown above. Here is the info they sent me. PICTURE

After I explained that this is not what I paid for, he was confused and said give me a moment, let me check: Picture

They were nice and said that they would issue me a refund and I said that sounds good. The support then goes on to talk about HOW THEY CANNOT give me a full refund because the account is now compromised.

We then bantered/talked for the next 20 minutes until I realized that they really were not going to issue me a refund or give the correct account to me. I will post some screen shots below of the chat:

1) I'll gladly scroll through the whole conversation. You gave absolutely NO OUT of YOUR mistake and apologized for your own mistake multiple times. I am the one who had to take the hit for YOUR mistake.
- I said NO I don't agree and your great Venezuelan Customer Service replied multiple times apologizing on how you cannot reverse the mistake that YOU made. I ended up taking the hit the entire time. I'm not going to genuinely trip about a little bit of gold, but your business is to be laughed at now.

I genuinely have no use for this account that I DID NOT PAY FOR. Your service VERY CLEARLY stated the account that was being sold and took my payment without hesitation.

At the top of the chat, you can even read me asking if this was a scam and your customer service saying that it is not. I'm just going to state yet again that it INDEED WAS.

Of corse I will take the minimalistic amount of money back for your mistake sticking me with a complete hunk of garbage of an account that I didn't pay for.
