    Need help with item xfer!!
    Is a way to transfer a Santa Hat to a level 3 from a level 93? If so please post any advice.

    you can try using dragstone, pretty much only thing i can think of for a lvl 3... but both accounts have to be p2p and might take a couple days because there is a limit on how many purchases you can get.

    Dragonstones are the only way to go. Or party room but that would take way too long.
    If your doing Dragonstones make sure you have Karamja Achievement Diary Gloves. Any of them work.
