Training Range On A Pure?

Honestly I just want to be Range and Mage only, no attack, no strength, no defense.

Can someone tell me where to train and what to train with from range levels
40-99?

I have 15M, cash is fine, just tell me NPC until what range level, location, and what to kill with.

I'm thinking this:
Rock crabs: 40-60/70
Ogres: 60-70
Fire Giants: 70+

 

ogres east of castle wars using iron arrows or knives.

 

Rock crabs - 200xp each
Experiments - 400xp each (60+ range reccomended, range pot + knifes)
Caged ogres - 70+ range is reccomended (range pot & knifes)
