    Explanation of the trade: DUE to my DNT for NON-SCAMMING related. I was kicked out of my commission server which I had to pay for my rank. There was no rules regarding being demoted due to a non-scamming sythe ban. Let alone any rules regarding a sythe ban mattering.
    Amount scammed: 95M
    How they scammed: Removed me of my rank. Shortly after completely kicked me out like I was being swept under the rug.

    At this point i'd just like the funds back, regardless of my DNT being dropped or not. Unprofessional.

    @Andy He's kicked me out of the server, so i can't but yes there was a TOS i had to agree to that had no mention.

    I have discussed this with other staff:

    Hydra Bets is well within their rights to remove your rank since you've been given a DNT on Sythe. Regardless of whether it was a scamming related offense or not, the removal of your rank is completely at their discretion.

    As the money you paid for the rank was a buy-in and not a deposit they are also not required to refund it.
