Vandalism. If you wish to draw 'art', use a piece of paper; not other peoples' properties.

Graffiti (art) is one of my most favorite types of art, it is a very good way to express yourself and it can give buildings better looks. I'm sure if someone wants to do a portrait (above) like that, they should get the 'okay' from the building owner first. But when it comes to kids going around spraying their 12-man local gang names or signs or whatever, it is just pathetic looking.

It reminds me of babies drawing on walls when they didn't know any better.

this is my own work of art:

it says air right side up and upside down.

And I think graffiti is art, unless done in an un-artful manner.

i thought lined paper was for practicing your horrible hand writing, why use buildings?

Graffiti ART, is a different story, aslong as its not placed somewhere really annoying.

It's subjective, because anything can be considered art nowadays, so you can't really argue that it is not art, however you can argue the quality of graffiti as an art as compared to other forms

It can look nice, but it's also desecration of private property. Unless done on your own, or city property(Yes, I think the city should be able to add to city property, as long as it's nothing offensive).

Graffiti can look nice. But if they are doing it on someones private property without their permision then I say it is wrong.

Hell, girls/boys look nice going down the street naked yet it can not be done.

I'll consider it art if it's actually an picture of something and well done.
Vandalism when it comes to random tagging of gang names and such.
