Hello, I joined Aory Services: Aory
Last Thursday after I had to sell everything on my main and pay extra on alch.com to get that 100M. I was 100% serious about this. I then had a real life situation problem (expenses) and other stuff so I had to explain to the owner of the services that I can start the account training on Sunday 3rd May. I then had to explain to the owner that I would not be able to completely complete 2 accounts and will need some help. So we agreed on him taking the 2nd account to train. That passed...
Then I asked him a day after that discussion that if i left now would i be able to claim my deposit back and he said yes but with a 20% fee that they keep with uncompleted accounts. I agreed as this was in the TOS (conditions) of the Aory services and was there when I first read them.

Today he messages me once I tell him about the situation has got worse and that I can not complete the final quest on the 1st account and may I get my deposit back and I insisted on not taking full payment from the 1st account (levelling and questing which was a total of 44M osrs gp) instead he replies saying 'no the deposit is gone you are fired' and then states that there is a TOS number 23 when there never was BEFORE, how do I know this? It is 'edited' and he claims he had that before. I agreed on the 20% fee he can keep if I didn't complete my account. Instead he now says 'I am fired' and says no chance of deposit to be returned. I never once did anything to harm him or anything of such sort I have had issues in real life we all have our private lifes that we can not discuss but he ends up lying and honestly I am 100% certain he sold my deposit as soon as I gave it to him that very day and there was no chance in receiving it back from the start. Do not join his services do not even bother applying for any of his jobs, his services are a joke and he himself takes no pride in doing the accounts either. And I have been scammed 100M gold because of it even after doing many hours a day which was approx 6-7 hours a day which he claims I have not. Who the hell is he to say I have not? I have proof of the account I have levelled up too. All images are below of proof.
I am friends with his friend in their and him and I have an understanding and he knows very well I am not a bad person. Like I have said before I have had issues in real life.. I just want justice to be served now and for him to pay me back or receive a consequence.

The images below show different things:
- firstly the half price payment is the payment for the account which was 44M instead we agreed on 22M.
- Another image shows that I will lose 20% of my deposit if i left now (20M) and keep 80M. I agreed.
- Another image shows the TOS whereby he has editted it and put in TOS 23 which was never there before.

 

Also the 100M deposit was asked for to prevent any scams from occuring on anyone's account that was the purpose of giving the 100M deposit which was to be returned when leaving.

 

I also have proof of him saying that the 100M was refundable. And this was before when he lied about the TOS 23.

 

This would all be resolved if he paid me my deposit back.

Yes, upon leaving deposit is refundable by 80%.

I had a hard time firing her, due to her irl situations. My brother, which i seeked advice for.
I took his advice, and fired him, due to not working 7 hours a day, which is required. We're super busy, so the "main" part of TOS should be followed as a worker.
We had about 10 accounts to be done, and He was slacking off playing league.

I take her not working 7 hours a day seriously, when she has 2 accounts to work on as serious.

In link above, you can see me talking to my staff at 19:36 today. When i talked with him, i didn't think he suited the job, and he could not hold the TOS.

The "Just give half" I don't know if that was meant for deposit, or the accounts when i look at it again. But i said this.

So we were clearly talking about the accounts as above.

- 1th - I said he could complete the account and he would get paid for the account. Or he could let it go and i would pay him once i get my payment too. He was cool with that.

- 2th - A part of TOS is that i keep 20% after deposit has been placed. He if he did leave, he would have gotten 80% of his deposit back = 80M. And he needed to finish his order + wait 7 days before claiming his deposit. He got fired, due to not holding the TOS. He could finish the order and would paid for account, or let the account go now and leave, and he would have gotten 50% of the payment once received.

- 3th - Showed above.

It's a big mess ik, but let's move on to the next part. I'm trying to explain as much as possible, to make sure you don't make the wrong judgement.

4th picture - If he scrolled up of the picture, i told him to read TOS of workers. Which it states he will get his 80% back.
That's what i meant by "It's refundable of course"

The link below shows that he did read the TOS, and agreed upon our TOS by applying in our services.

"22. If you apply you will automatically have agreed with the terms."

So when he applied to be a worker, he automatically agreed to only get 80% back.

More proof of slacking off. A friend of his & mine also claiming this fact.

I understand that breaks are needed while working and of course that is necessary. But in our TOS it states this.

"6. If you're not active, give notice right away to the owners."
Which he did not, i was wondering why he was just playing league. He did though claim that he could not work Friday & Saturday. EDIT HERE; I said sunday, instead of Saturday.

"13. We're searching for people that can atleast provide 7 hours of working on the accounts a day."
He did not provide 7 hours a day, which i take very seriously.

My other worker, had completed almost 4 accounts (near done)
Yumeko on the other hand, did not even complete one account, he gave up his 2nd account.
It still needed quests and idk if they were more things needed. Within 7 hours, i do not believe that was the only result.

Yumeko only had 2 accounts to work with, and he said he only did one at a time. My other worker did abit of his 2th account.
So he had one account, to provide with 7 hours a day on the account and the results was more than disappointing.

He even claimed himself to slacking off.

I hope you like my long message ;P Please take care of this carefully, i put in lots of work in my server to deliver quality services and the most secure.

is proof of you agreeing that I can not work on Friday and Saturdays and I started the work initially on Sunday so 7 hours a day is just absurd for you to say such a thing. You did not mention the 7 hours a day thing If that was the case I would have been fired the very first day but you said no it was okay so do not lie. The 2nd account was taken and I agreed I could not do that. If that was the case of the 7 hours a day then I would have been fired the very first day that I was hired so do not contradict yourself with that. Secondly, do not say I was slacking off I told you about my in rl issues atm which I decided to tell you about how I have them and how I could not do certain hours a day which you agreed to. And said there was no time limit on the accounts. You're now saying that the 80% deposit was to be given but in my pics above you did not give it back instead saying no deposit will be given. Don't beat around the bush mate.

 

Also If i was slacking off you should have read the TOS and told me that the first day but clearly you yourself are not following those rules when I clearly mentioned the days I could not work and now you are making up lies and saying these things in order to cover yourself up.

 

I did 6-7 hours per day mate on the days I attempted it. You can not say I didn't as everyone works at their own pace just because your other worker managed to do so many jobs at once does not mean everyone works at the same rate . If in the TOS there was a rule saying that a certain task must be completed in the 7 hours then I will agree I could not meet it but everytime I was on my laptop I was on that account.

 

You are stating that the tos was editted on 7/05 well then that just shows you added it after I joined last week? That is just irrelevant to the argument completely.

And I have completed 7 hours a day just my rate of work is not at that level of your other worker So do not talk out of your backside. As well as this, I started my work officially on Sunday and provided a word document on Thursday when I received the job which I said I WOULD START ON SUNDAY. Since Friday and Saturdays I could not work. Your other worker started this from Thursday - Friday. Also in terms of the actual 80% to be received back after I mentioned I would want it back you stated I was fired. When you realised that you had to pay it back you just said I was fired even after clearly stating you would give it back.

 

Just give my deposit back and this will be resolved I do not want your services to be affected but you're really trying to take that lane. This is clear as day that you scammed.

This is Worker-tos, this does not also count for me. I don't need to work 7 hours a day on accounts. This is "Worker-TOS"

Also you mentioned league have you realised that discord shows any game you're on? On league of legends I was mainly on the homepage and it shows on my discord I am playing league but that was not the case I speak to friends on there from time to time which I did whilst levelling up the account.

 

I played one day on the account and did not for the rest of the period and I played a day ago which is proof here I can login to the account too if needed to confirm that it is my account.

Yes, but you were slacking off when you had time. Which is also against the TOS. Because you instead of working on the accounts, so u could have provided the 7 hours minimum. You played league.
