Sodah scamming

Explanation of the trade: I purchased an account from sodah he said he knew the original owner well and the account had been in his hands for over a year. He let me know if anything happened to the account he would fix it or refund me full amount of GP. Since owning the account only for about 2 weeks the account has been recovered and given back to me. But i've also had two different runescape users message me saying the account is hacked and asking if I am the hacker or if I bought it from him. When the account was recovered and he wasn't sure if he could get it back he gave me the options of a lesser account or me waiting months to be refunded. He prompted me to just delete anyone who messages about the account being hacked and ignore it. After being recovered he also shared that he didn't buy it from the original owner and that the account has actually had about 2-3 previous owners that he knows of. I've now found out that sodah has been given a DNT and because i've had random people message me saying the account has been hacked and then the account being recovered the next morning I now know longer feel like i've made a legit purchase.

No false information was given. If I were going to scam why would I recover one account out of the 20+ I have sold recently on the site? I told him in advance I was not the OO and I said I know the OO and he is trusted. I told him the account has had a few owner before him all in which could send in an appeal for the account to get it locked (which is was locked), when it was locked I was able to recover it back for him and gave him access without logging in to the account once. If I were trying to scam wouldn't I keep access to the account? Or login and take gold? I know I have a DNT right now and it's sad that this will not help my case, but I am not in the wrong here. Why must I refund for fixing an issue? Do I know why someone was messaging him saying the account was hacked? No I don't know, nor do I think that has much to do with me. If someone who owned the account previously wanted to submit a fake recovery that's on them and I can't control that.

This screenshot says I will help if anything were to happen, and if I was unable to help I would refund, which I would have. I got the account back for him. I want to know why I must refund when nothing was wrong on my part.

 

Uhm, I told him there was a previous owner and me of course, which implies multiple previous owners.
