Old Sythe staff system

I don't know if it's being even thought of in the staff lounge or not, but I really think Sythe needs to go back to the old staff system.

It got more work done since Globals would actually make the sectionals do work and now the Admins are the new "Globals" since Team Leads don't do as good of a job.

So I say bring back the old system and make all the team leads the new Globals and have them shape it back up. Sythe is really, really, really beginning to suck now (obv is obv) and two new mods both get banned; Sythe's staff system right now is a joke.

I agree to a certain extent. I do agree not enough is being done at the moment and for an important post to be viewed is a near impossibility. I do think we should reinstate global moderators because they could control every specific area of Sythe if the team lead wasn't. At the least global moderators should be brought back.

I support. Sythe's moderating system is shit right now. Shin actually did stuff when he was global.

 

I do have to stand up for one member in particular though. This member would be Unb4nn3d, due to his activity and progression. Since his promotion hes being doing a great job and views scammer/spammer/dispute reports daily. But, it is essential that we reinstate global moderators.

 

This is not going to happen any time soon..

 

That's why it's in the Suggestions area. So the staff/admins can pretend to decide on whether it's liable or not, and then archive it.

Liable, what would it be liable for? lol, Feasible would have been a better choice of words.

I too agree that we need some global mods put back into sythe. I like the idea of team leads as well, but having global mods just helps keep things flowing and they can go where they're needed when other mods are busy or not able to be active in their section for any period of time.

Global mods are great, I really hope this winds up being passed. Sythe is in dire need of it.

I agree i think the mods are doing a great job but due to nathan' leaving the dispute forums probably have been overlooked [11 pages now].So basicly there should be a dispute forum mod where all he has to worry about is disputes.And i think everything should be Aye Ok

 

Mods are doing a good job... but i think we need more atention on scamming... read this thread for more info
