As you can see clearly see from these screen shots provided that the user was 100% aware of our rules and how we host. He knew ranks max bet, and collateral was needed. He knew we locked bets in via sports confirm as we always have. However for some unknown reason he did none of these things. He didnt contact an admin, he didnt pm anyone once he wasnt paid out. He didnt ask why no sports confirm post or anything. He blatantly allowed this to happen. How can we be fully responsible for someone who doesnt follow any of our rules when he knew all of them? Were not even arguing the fact none of them were posted in sports confirm and void everything. Were just saying we shouldnt be responsible for the second bet after he knew exactly what he was doing.

 

why is it that you always message me or my admin for permission for a rank to exceed his max he's allowed to hold, or send the bet to me or my admin and have a rank cover when its over his max, but this time for some reason you did none of it, and for 2+ hours did not collect your winnings from 1st bet, and said nothing to nobody then placed a 2nd bet you knew was over the ranks max, and never once messaged Me or my admin and always have in the past ALWAYS

Can Mods take into account because this user knew our rules and bet here "1,000 times." We've shown multiple occasions of his betting and following our guidelines. However when he bet with WIN he followed none of them. I actually think this user is responsible for another scam that we refunded. Because he followed 0 rules/guidelines and because he never reported not being paid out. It allowed WIN to move through our discord freely. He was able to scam a customer 2.5b because of it. I think you should be held accountable for this. Your actions and lack of following our rules for betting set WIN up for a monster scam quit. Appreciate it..

 

The first bet you placed for 0.3 bitcoin was on an E soccer game that im being told lasts about 10 minutes or so, but for 2+ hours u did not try to colelct or if u did you never once messaged anybody asking why your not being paid out, so for hours aafter the game ended you said nothing, Why ? and knew our rules and ignored them all, this is your fault, And because of you not collecting for 2+ hours during this time the rank also took a 2.5bill gold sale and scammed it , and we dont even cover gold sales and the customer knew it, i question if this was planned tbh it just makes no sense how u handeled this compared to the hundreds of other bets u did with us all properly but this one makes zero sense.
my question is you did 0.3 bet on soccer simulation , ranks say these games last like 10 minutes

So customer sent a new rank $2600 on a 2.75x payout thats over $7k payout, Customer knows this is insane and not allowed, look at the above screenshots he always messages admins or myself when doing bets this size to hold collateral, The ranks max is 4bill osrs and he's holding $7k payout and then sends him another bet on top of this.

I asked customer why when this game ended, the game lasted about 10 minutes, why for 2+ hours you said nothing about getting paid out ? you didnt pm me or any admin or rank asking where is your payout, and he told me just now in discord 'i didnt want to spam you' This shit is very sketch these guys could easily being working together to get 6k in winnings on top of thousands of the initial bet which i already paid out. He kept quite for 2+ hours because he 'didnt want to spam us' he always messages to collect right away on large wins, this one nothing, add on top of this This guy when making this report was BAN EVADING, and had 3 known sythe accounts and 2 of these accounts had open scams on them, This is SKETCHY as all hell, the bet wasnt even locked in , in the sports confirm channel which has to be as stated in our rules, and i would love to see your chat logs with Win every single one of them on all ur alts, because this shit is not kosher at all , 2 hours after your bet ended on a 7k payout (way over the ranks max he can have) you said nothing to nobody about why u werent paid,

so we can tell this wasnt staged. once we see this then we can proceed to the errors you made and how much u were paid already and about rank splits being sent to you another $2300
