Ok so the customer sent the rank 0.3bitcoin to the rank, This maxed out the rank, then the customer sends a 2nd bet to the rank which he shouldnt have, cuz he already maxed him out, but i paid the customer the 0.3 bet and the 0.1 bet (both bets) and the ranks $2300 in splits that should of went to the customer instead of the rank hosting these bets. this comes to a total of about $5800, these are the ranks splits i was told should of went to the customer and his two bets back even though the 2nd bet was the customers error entirely but i still paid this back, so $5800 should be more then fair for both sides, then i was told he ban evaded to even come on sythe to start this report against me, and during this report was found 2-3 scams he has done and was given dnt during this post, he made errors that were his fault that i already paid for, and was refunded both his bets and will be given the ranks splits for a total of about $5800 we can make it an even $6k which means he will have profited about $2500 from all this given the fact that he made multiple mistakes in this as well. I was told my admins that our clan error was ranks sending their splits to the rank and not you, well now ranks are going to send their splits to you which is $2300 on top of the $3500 i already paid you, which is more then fair for both sides, to try to get another $4000 out of me when you made errors and knowingly placed a 2nd bet on a rank you already maxed him on the first bet you placed, and no admin told you to place a 2nd bet on the same rank you already maxed out. I cannot take all the blame here you made errors as well.

NO man the first bet u placed on the rank maxed him out, the 2nd bet you traded him was over his max, the ranks maxes are clearly posted, and u traded him another bet anyways, this 2nd bet was not even posted in Sports Confirm which u know has to be, and i was told i lost because ranks who split in should have send u the winnings not the rank, no ranks split in on the 2nd bet, i told all this to admins and later today they will discuss this, you know the rank was maxed, and you then claim you did it because a rank told u to, you messaged this rank when he was driving and he told u to message the other rank, you knowingly placed a 2nd bet on a rank that you already maxed out, you cannot say you made no errors in all this because you did, so to pay out 1 bitcoin in total when you only bet 0.3 then another 0.1 which you placed in error is a problem. Just wait and let them discuss when they come online

Apperantly you have not understood anything i have been talking about in this report so im going to refer you to my original post.

1. I did not exceed his limit by betting 0.3 BTC
2. The 0.1 BTC was supposed to be bet at Maps which because of miscommunication errors from your ranks side ended up being WIN accepting it
3. The ranks limits was exceded when splits were sent to him? Like litterly are you ok? Why would the rank decide to send him that much in splits when you yourself confirmed it should have gone to you but that irrelevant according to you?
4. It is also interesting to notice that WIN was a previous scamquitter in gpcasino and you knew about that and hired him which makes it worse in this case.

I will let the staff-members handle this case as i have said what i have to say and presented my case.
KO should not be able to get away from paying the 6.000 USD im owed after all of this!

Imagine betting 1.000.000$+ to get treated shit over 6.000$ that the owner denies paying even though his ranks are at fault.

 

Also we still have unanswered questions, you placed the first bet of 0.3 bitcoin, then how long after this first bet was placed did you then place the 2nd bet of 0.1 which was over the ranks max, and why for 2+ hours you did not collect or say anything to me or any admins that he was not paying you. How long after you placed the first bet did you then place the 2nd bet. Keep in mind you placed the first bet on the rank, then did not collect your winnings, and then placed a 2nd bet on the same rank you knowingly put him over his max and this bet was not posted in sports confirm and you contacted nobody about collecting your first bet and placed a 2nd this is very odd.

 

First and foremost by you posting this report and asking for sythe mods assistance with this you automatically agree to their terms. You have 2-3 outstanding debts that will be deducted from the total amount without question. Were not arguing the ranks amount owed or the amounts you bet. Were arguing that you placed a .3 btc bet and won. Instead of directly collecting you placed another bet. ( I know Win was feeding you stories but after a few minutes you should of contacted another high rank) Were arguing that you took it upon yourself to continue betting even though you hadnt been paid and knew you were over the ranks max. We shouldnt be held accountable for users refusing to protect themselves or follow our basic rules. No way on earth should you of sent another btc bet before collecting. That is just common sense. Were working with mods and attempting to come up with a solution that works for all parties. We've already refunded .4 btc and awaited mods decisions before sending anything else. I feel we have gone above and beyond. I'd also like to point out that you put us in great danger by not alerting us. Your first bet ended and you waited over 2 hours before alerting anyone. Because you didnt alert us to you not being paid another customer was scammed 1500 and had refund him as well. Every single bet you placed with win was also not included in the sports confirm. We had no way of knowing what was going on. I know for a fact you're aware of sports confirm. You've placed 30+ sports bets on us over the last month. Your actions helped create more scams. You allowed someone to scam you and roam around freely for 2 hours before saying anything...

 

The communication error isnt our fault. The rank you dm'd MAPS was driving and told you so. He told you to go to win because thats who was hosting you previously. He wasnt aware of anything other than the first sports loss. You got put together by Win.

I usually wait up to 1 day for payouts like this in other clans aswell. I have been paid out in king of stake which take 1 day but 4-5-6 bitcoins without any problem.

I made the second bet quite shortly afterwards but it was towards maps which therefor it did not exceed his limit.
The games played simonataniously and won and i expected to receive the payment from any rank at that point.

Why would i tell you that i havnt received payments after 2 hours? He told me the ranks were fucking him over and avoiding paying lol... i can show all the screen logs and the chat pictures he sent me off your ranks-channel..

he knows the clan rules he's not knew and he's been told many times about confirmation with me or admin to go over a ranks max, yet he placed 2nd bet knowing it was over his max, he just wanted it covered. Once you start letting customers who know the ranks max they allowed to take, and ignore what you know and place more bets anyways, then having to refund the WINNINGS on top of the bet, this precident cannot be set it will be a disaster many will be trying to pull this, he KNOWS the rules and went on anyways, he knows confirmations by me or Admin must take place, and HE KNOWS bets must be placed in SPorts Confirm channel or there is no bet, He KNOWS its all posted and been told many times

 

What other clans do doesnt apply to us. We pay out directly once the game ends and you know that. Ranks have a time limit to send their portions or they get fined. The fact that you wait 1+ days for payout has absolutely nothing to do with us. You know we use sports confirm and that the bet needs to be locked in. The singular fact of it not being posted in sports confirm we can argue the bet was never locked in. Were not doing that though. We understand you place large bets and in fact the bet was placed. You didnt follow any of our guidelines to protect yourself. Now it's our fault for having WIN in our clan yes. However we cant be accountable for your numerous mistakes as well...

Actually I didnt get fined or cover your bets at all. Im fully aware of your high win percentage and dont cover 3rd world soccer games. So please stop assuming. You know damn well we use sports confirm. Why was neither bet placed in sports confirm and why wherent you tagged? We can literally argue that you followed 0 of our betting guidelines. However were not. Were only debating you sending an additional .1 btc for a second bet while not being paid out for the first. That makes no sense. We dont use a wallet system and we pay out directly once the game ends. Period. You waited 2+ hours to alert us.
