Paypal Customer Service Experiences

I just called paypal about a minute ago because what happened was.. I was trying to make payments on my iTouch via paypal and it wouldn't go through. It turned out afterwords that it went through about 20 times and gave me a negative balance.

I called paypal and was on hold for maybe 10 minutes. A woman answered my call, checked my account, and quickly took care of my problem.

The reason I prefer not to use paypal is because they should not be putting holds on money for days at a time. Time is money and I want my money when I say I want it.

Great experience so far. I wrote this because I encourage you to call paypal if you find any problems doing business.
