    It means we would agree on 300$ as the price.
    Then once I had received 1/3 of it which would be 100$ you would
    be able to access the account and secure it for yourself. BUT we would
    have to set up payment arrangements for the other 2 portions.
    SO all in all its designed to be a type of play while you pay kinda thing, my idea :D
    So you wouldnt have to wait to own it. The first 100$ would be considered a security deposit to ensure the account is bought.
    And if for some reason you couldn't come up with the rest, I would return you the 100$ and THEN claim the account back.
