I need the following completed on a low-level ironman, stat requirements are mostly complete however it may require completing the quests in a certain order (e.g Elemental Workshop 1 & 2 before Lost City) to get the correct requirement.

30 Strength
1 Defence (must remain)
29 HP
No overheads.

35 magic/agility so transport may be an issue.

I need the following complete and would prefer one person to do all - I appreciate it may be a bit more time consuming due to the limitations however they are all relatively short quests.
