Unrightful use of asset

Which violation you are reporting the user for: Stealing and spreading my asset to his customers.
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I am the original creator of this animation. It was created back in December 2019. There is only one person (except me) who is allowed to use it and that is @Dunworry, who has paid me to use it.

The people using it at this moment are @Plumber and @bokrockt.


Plumber has been using this animation since April 10th and it is very unfair that he has done so when someone else has paid for those privileges.

 

I will be responding to this thread when I get home. I'm driving at the moment.

 

Regarding this Animation:

I liked the way it looked, I in no way intentionally meant to harm your business nor did I use it in order to gain currency of any sort.

I did graphics for @Plumber who stated he wanted an Avatar, Username Image, and "something that goes under the username image" which I thought he was referring to Custom Donor Ranks.

In Conversation 1 you can clearly see me quote him for Username Image, Avatar, and Custom Donor Rank.

@Plumber then proceeds to inquire about the User Title. I do it for him as part of his order, at no charge. I do not charge him for it clearly as I have not listed a price.

I thought nothing of it as I had seen the page here.
As you'll notice, @Izad commented #6 on this thread and I had seen that credits were given to him. I used his User Title as an example to make Plumbers.

No where did I mean to steal or harm Izad in this process as I was only trying to help Plumber out by creating what he wanted.

Izad contacted Plumber today regarding this issue, and Plumber fully complied to Izad's request regarding removing the animation.

I supplied Plumber with a new animation from the thread after seeing they're not the same. Plumber has submitted for a new User Title.

Please refer to me only in this report regarding any negative Issues. Plumber is not at fault for this.

 

The problem here is that you took the animation I created. An animation that someone else has paid for to be able to use. That's not cool, not at all.

 

I understand where you're coming from completely.

As I stated above, I used the thread to create his, I scrolled through the comments and seen that you were given credits for helping create this. I liked the way yours looked and used it as an example to make his.

I did not know at that time that it was not the same. I'm sorry for any harm this has caused you.

 

It did not seem like you understood where I come from considering you responded with "where did you trademark it" on discord. You're not in a position to argue here.

 

I am in a position to respond as this is regarding me here.

 

I find it highly unprofessional that you question where or whether I've trademarked the asset after I explained to you that you stole it.

 

If you read the original post, I stated where I found the image and how I came acrossed it.

I'm not a person to argue back and forth, and I'm not going to do that. The mods will handle this. If I violated anything, I will take care of the situation. It was a missunderstanding at the beginning.

Try not to be so hostile with everyone. Mistakes happen, and you'll be okay. You're blowing something so little way out of proportion. If you're trying to shut down my business for graphics. That's not going to happen.

I'm not trying to shut down your design business. You don't remember reaching out to me for feedback the other month? When I went through your entire portfolio because you wanted tips on what to improve? When I left comments in each of your discord channels with constructive criticism? What an absolutely absurd thing to assume. You should be ashamed for making such a statement when I've done nothing but help you.

Also, I did not know my private chat log with @Plumber was being leaked. I just noticed he screenshotted our conversation and sent it to you which is a breach of confidentiality.
