Hey guys. I made a new sig. Most of you know my forum name is hot girl 517 as it was my old rs account. Not giving up the forum name, I'll always keep that. I hope you guys like it. CC is appreciated. I don't want spam. If you do, you'll be reported by me instantly.



I followed a tut but then did my own outcome. Tut can be found here. I didn't buy posting rights, but it's in the free tutorials and it's for anybody to use. Here is the tut made by Renegade on www.planetrenders.net forums. I started the tut with the same stock but freestyled the rest.

My outcome is the sig which says hot girl on it. I do have the .psd, but I'd have to go to my bro's house for it. If anybody rips, please let me know asap. I might make a tut only for you guys .

Personally, I think my sig has more useful effects and a lot easier to do. But take a look over a few tuts.

 

Looks pretty good. I personnaly like the effects on at the bottom.

Wow you are really worried about ripping... Why?

Outcome is nice, I would have liked to see you use your own skill instead of just following the tut. I like the text though and nice overall work.

 

The text looks incredibly strange touching the focal point. The light source is too bright, and look like a big lump of white, try smudging it just a little.

 

I did my outcome. I looked over the tut and did the complete opposite. But I'm worried about ripping because I hate rippers and 3/4ths of people on this site rip.

 

lol not that many people rip....how come you used the exact same render too? if you wanted an original out come you could have used a different render. its nice non the less

 

it's look great but you should of added in your own stuff to make it more personal instead of following the tut

 

I did add my own stuff . I wanted to use the same stock to see what I could do with it. I didn't follow the tut. I just found the resource and linked you guys to the tut I used SOME things from . But, I did use my own techniques and styles of things. I used clipping mask splatters, which I felt turned out good and some other things. Tbh, I'm a c4d whore :noworry: .

MJ. I was exaggerating . Only about 1/4th rip. But they don't post in the gfx section. They use them as "their own sigs."

 

Alright alright, but you have text on it so they can't really rip it. Thats why I ALWAYS put text on mine cause I know if I don't someone else would most likely rip...

 

Yeah.. Btw, in your current sig, could you send me pics of the smudge settings? They are great looking!

 

I got a new computer and lost all my .psd's... I will get you the tut when I start photo shopping again

 

They are simply a hard round brush 19px, with scatter, a few shape dynamics, and 75% or 50% strength, are they not?

Na, there some opacity variations and some other tweaks but thats the gist of it.
