Hi this is a response to Gen regarding my post to recover my account "andytheman". Yes I do know that email, it is [redacted] I am assuming. I have access to that account also and have not got a email to reset my password.

 

Since you're not receiving the email, we will have to go through a regular recovery.

Please provide the following:

• Recovery phone number:
• Exact donation date/proof:
• If your registered email contains your real name, please provide proof of this in the form of an ID.
