rune scimmies look like they're heading for a nice bump, im gonna buy no more than 100 of them at the moment, i may buy another 100 if GE doesnt update in the next 4 hours

buy them now while they're not rising yet for min

 

Hey guys, I've been looking at some items and it looks like raw sharks and sharks may both be due for a rise. Raws have fallen 40gp below 1k for med, and I am certain that they will be back around 1050gp within a week, or a week and a half.

i tried buying them, they're VERY hard to buy, even for medium + a few gp, although i managed to get a few for medium-low

I would be on cation if you are gonna try scimis or seer rings because both have just been merchanted by a clan recently and you never know when they will dump.

 

well, i boguht 100 rune scimitars for 30k, i can sell them today for 1.5k profit each, not bad considering i havent worked at all

i'd give them atleast 1 day to rise, after that i wont take risks and sell, so i expect another 1k rise tomorrow, and then i'll sell

starting to cover my alch expenses so far, but i'll need some huge investments if i want to have myself covered all the way to 82 mage

 

for the person that mentioned sharks to merchant, go ahead but when you think about it theres better items to put your money into atm

 

No one invest in D pl8 legs or BGS casue they are the items for chessy chat so be careful.

 

Im going to be making 2m, I think that's an okay deal.

I know this really doesnt fit the theme of this thread, but is it possible to buy 100k flax at min and resell them later for med? Im essentially wondering if i can put in an order for a large number of a commonly traded item for min, before i go to bed, then sell when i wake up for med. And thanks Merchant_in_the_dark for thegrandexchange.tk, i find it very helpful.

 

Lately I haven't been doing any investing. Just studying the GE. I thought about Rune Scims a couple days ago, and didn't put any money on. I figured by the time I saw anything about them on here it'd be too late. Which was actually my plan. I trying to get ahead of the curve here, without losing money. Basically just looking at items trying to figure what will be good, before it's posted here. Because it seems like by the time most items are posted here it's kinda hard to get them.

I'm just studying and learning, so next time I'll have a nice stock of items before they get posted here. What I'm really gaining from this thread isn't money, it's really helping me learn to predict the GE. I'm not trying to screw others out of a deal, I just find profits to be better when I can get items before they're posted here. It's just that I like the reassurance of people discussing them here, before I buy, so I know I won't be losing money.

Anyways, those of you who don't seem to be able to find items on your own, or are often unsure. Maybe try my strategy of not making any money at all. Just trying to predict the next thing before it gets posted. A few more cycles of this and I'll start investing on my own. So far I seem to be learning.

And I give my credit to Merchant, because if he didn't start all this, I wouldn't be able to get this practice.

Also Merchant, school starts soon, so you got any of those pics? I'm only gonna have Tuesdays and Fridays off, but I'll be working out, running, and looking for a job. So get those to me quick and I'll see what I can do, I'd really like to contribute however I can.

I highly recondment looking into rune ores bc they just dropped over 2k in the last week and should start going up within a few days.
