Huffie's Guide To A Successful Ranged Pure!

Guide To Making A Successful Ranged Pure
    By Huffie

    This guide includes
    • Introduction
    • Getting started
    • Training locations
    • Moneymaking methods
    • Quests to complete - coming soon!

    Part I: Introduction
My definition for ‘Ranged’: A fast, highly affective, and far-combat attack.

A Ranged pure is the type of pure that focuses on one combat skill; Ranged. Ranged pures can also have two other skills, for a unexpected attack. These two other skills are Strength and Magic. Ranged pures can use Strength for a knockout attack. A knockout is simply when your opponent is at low hitpoints, and then they use their secondary weapon immediately after attacking with their primary bow. Ranged pures can use Magic for a lot of things: teleporting, bounty hunter locate, magic attacks, and for alchemy. Magic teleporting is obviously used to get to other locations around the Runescape world without having to walk. Another obvious reason to have Magic is for the bounty hunter locate spell, which is used to teleport to your target without having to walk around looking for them. Magic attacks are a secondary attack, which can be used for a knockout; which was explained earlier. Alchemy: getting rid of an item you have, cannot sell, and no longer need. Alchemy converts your item into gold.

    Part II: Getting Started
The first step to getting started would be to make a name. A name is everything. It is what you will be known for, so pick something decent. Once you have created your account, and gone through the tutorial island, set recoveries for the next step.

    Head to Barbarian Village

    Longer route

Once you are in Barbarian Village, it is time to get 10,000 Gold and a pair of colourful boots from the Stronghold of Security.

Once you have entered the dungeon, start going through the maze. You might want to save some run energy for the last two levels.

Congradulations, you have made your first 10K!

Huffie's Guide To A Successful Ranged Pure!

You should try to add more text :p, and include possible setups for training, how to pk, tips etc.

Lots of pics, however not very detailed on the text side of it, still a great guide though, as many people prefer pictures than text.

7/10 for what you've done so far, keep it up!
