Well i just sayed the look of this, soz if i insulted you.
Well first off you can gain trust(vouches) by training/doing quests/mming or other random stuff.
The more vouches you got the more trusted you are.
Hmm, Be active and help other new people .
I just dont think anybody will give you atm to do cape for him and i dont want you to get flammed.

first of all post a pic to prove that you even have a firecape on any of your own accounts
then post a better setup w/ pictures and mabye get some free training vouches like everyone else?(but me b/c i rarely do any trades)
