[XBOX 360] Achievement Glitches [COD4/GOW2/GH3/GH2 etc]

I can provide gamerscore to Sythe users, from following many games like: Cal of Duty 4, Guitar Hero II, Gears of War 2, Guitar Hero III. I can do Gears of War if someone provided a video how to do the SPG I will get all the multiplayer achievements etc.
