Hi,

so yesterday I purhcased 3 accounts from BoostedMMO 2x 93mage accounts and another 94mage.

I bonded all 3 accounts trasnfered 15m to each account in items ready to train them and AFK them at rock crabs to turn into a STOD pures with fire Surge.

I logged off the accounts around an hour after purchasing all 3. I woke up the next morning and all 3 accounts had received a perm ban for macroing. I messaged the ticket that I had open asking for assistance.

I got a response from a staff member saying I would be contacted by AB once he was online; Discord ID; Ab#7777

AB Responded saying they won't help and its my fault as the account had been static for months, I know this is a lie as they had told me the accounts were still being leveled as they normally sell 94mage accounts and 2 were still training to 94 mage.

I mentioned he had a responsibility to assist in this as they sold me the account the day before. I was again told that they would not assist. I asked for the services Sythe account so i could create a dispute. Within seconds they had wrote a command to close the ticket and permanently delete it as to hide and remove all evidence from the chat. I managed to get a Gyazo of the closed ticket




I then messaged AB to ask him why he removed the ticket and got blocked from him. He later responded to my message;




I paid via BTC for the accounts so have no way of recovering any payment. The total I paid was −0.02212622 BTC ≈ £137.00

To say I am dissapointed would be an understatement. Please note AB is a worker and not teh owner of the service so the report is against the group of traders rather than an individual. I have no further evidence of the trade as they deleted my ticket the second I mentioned making the dispute. If this doesn't shout guilty I don't know what is.

Hey, we are not responsible for any bans that occur after an account sale. This is stated explicitly in our #TOS availalbe to everyone on our discord and sythe threads. We have had hundreds of successful account sales, not a single one with an issue like this.

At the time of the sale the accounts were clean from any offences. You stated that you were training the accounts afterwards and we cannot know if you botted or not. We've sold plenty of accounts without any issue at all.

In consideration of false bot bans made by Jagex, as a gesture of goodwill, we can try and help recover them, but still cannot guarantee this will work.

My staff did not see that we would be assisting in the appeals, hence why he incorrectly closed the ticket there. We have no obligation of doing this, but we will anyways.

Ban Liability
• You hereby agree to hold harmless 2007gp and its associates, owners, staff, or any other entity affiliated with 2007gp for any bans that may occur when using any of our services. You agree to not hold 2007gp or its owners, staff, or any other entity affiliated with liable for any: loss of wealth, loss of stats, loss of names, loss of (untradeable) items, or anything that is considered a potential virtual account asset on the game RuneScape, this includes any entity of RuneScape including but not limited to RuneScape 3, RuneScape Old School, or any other variation not mentioned here.

Account policies & Recoveries/Liabilities
• We will always try to assist, in the best of our capabilities, to help with any account issues that may arise, however rare that may be, however 2007gp is not responsible for any account recoveries that occur, by purchasing an account from 2007gp you hereby agree to this upon purchasing an account. 2007gp is not responsible for damages to the customer in any form after an account is delivered to them, this includes but is not limited to: wealth loss, name loss, stat lost, bans (for any reason), item loss, untradeable item loss, membership loss or any other loss that occurs to a customer due to an issue with an account sold by 2007gp.
