Slice told me to send him a screenshot of the bank, I was banned within 10 minutes, not rwt occured, before anything happened. Whoever he sent the bank screenshot to wasn't as trusted as Slice claimed he was. I told him are you sure it's not a hidden staff and he told me yes, he's bought a lot before, etc.

As you can see, I've confirmed the Unique discord id, i show both Slice's and his Agent uid and they match up with his thread, he vouches for a hidden staff member. "Connor" is Dreamscape's Admin (Australia)

 

Thanks for the taking the time towards making the report. i'm sorry you've lost your gold stack. in the RSPS industry, the ban risk is always there for rwting, you can imagine how much i've lost doing this since 2016. i've caught more RSPS bans then probably anyone else out there.

If your claim was true, the guy who my agent sent screenshot to was a staff , we could not know that. we could've reach the point to your ingame name and it turns out his staff and we get banned, you get banned. and we all lose something. of course we don't want this situation. at the end we all wanted to reach a deal and a RSPS staff disrupted us.

Either through us or someone else, nobody knows if that guy was a staff. and unfortunately its easy for RSPS staff to caught real world traders since they can make a fake discord account.

Don't see where we are vouching for a staff (my agent didn't know he might've been talking to a staff)

 

@Slice You've been in the RSPS market for a long time, therefore I'd at least expect you and your agent to know that it's extremely careless to be sending bank pictures to your buyers as it's easy for staff to use that information and relay it to the admins/owners (etc.) to check someones bank to determine exactly who that is. There are only so many rich people on these servers as the size is very little in comparison to actual RS. Your agent gave him the assurance that he wasn't a staff member and that he's done multiple trades with him with no issue.

Before I proceed I'd like to see proof of the transactions with your agent and the buyer as he stated "he bought a lot off me".

@King in my defense: my agent made sure the bank picture was not showing his in game name, the above is true and it is one scenario that could happen, @lev518 could u proof that the discord user "connor" is actually a staff on the rsps server please.

My agent did not gave him assurance, he only thing he said that he bought a lot from him before. my agent is well aware that anyone could be a staff and told him he will hide his in game name to protect him according to this

It has been confirmed private server staff do lurk these forums to find RWTers to ban. If another user is out to find your ingame name for the sole purpose of reporting you to the server management

I am long enough in the RSPS scene, and i do have good practices @King however i don't think i am aware that a bank pic without revealing ingame name can lead to a ban. and its not mentioned anywhere on Sythe.

Please also keep in mind my agent was only a middleman between them, and @lev518 could have been talking to the staff directly instead of going through us and he would've reaped the same loss consequences. i also told my agent to never again exchange bank pictures as an extra layer of security as a pre-caution.

In the case "Connor" is actually a staff on the RSPS server, he said he might sell it to a "site" @lev518 could have sent his bank picture elsewhere for example to a RSPS gold buying and selling site. or another individual and that guy didn't hide his ingame name with the bank picture and caused the ban. what assures that the ban came from us?

 

The only person I was talking to was Slice’s Agent, and as you can see I was already worried. I asked are you sure this isn’t a hidden staff member. And Slice’s agent reassured me by saying he’s bought from him before and that he’ll hide my name. I was worried of this exactly scenario happening but due to Slice’s long time trust, and experience in the Rwt scene, I believed him, and doing so I lost nearly 1b worth of 07 gold on ds.

Just realized, in the Imgur that Slice posted on here, the buyers name is Real Stakers, real stakers is a known fake buyer on dreamscape, I even ask him here if it's real stakers: and he says no it isn't real stakers. But as you can see in his pic it was him, meaning he lied to me.

 

For all my agent knew, you could be a staff and he had to protect the buyer at the time. we would do the same if he asked if we were talking to you, it's self-explanatory.

To summarize everything in short:

• Your agent asked the customer for a bank picture to send to the buyer and the customer asked if you were sure the buyer wasn't staff. Your agent essentially assured him that he was safe to trade with this customer. You tried to argue this (refer to the point below for more reasoning as to why this can't be argued), but when he asks that question you need to give a more clear cut answer, especially when information such as someones bank on private servers is extremely sensitive information (regardless if you hide the RSN or not).

• You arguing the above is cancelled out as your customer asked your agent if the buyer was a specific user on Discord, which your agent replied to saying "Noo". I understand your point that you're trying to protect the other party, however this isn't the way to do that. You could've simply mentioned that there would be a risk regardless when trading in both scenarios, and in this specific part of the conversation you could've mentioned that you couldn't disclose the identity of the buyer as well, but instead of doing that your agent chose to straight up lie to him. Your employee directly lying to the customer caused the ban/loss of wealth.

After reviewing everything and discussing the entirety of this report with the whole staff team we've concluded that @Slice is liable for the wealth that @lev518 lost due to the negligence displayed throughout this trade that caused this ban (as this occurred during the shift of the agent who handled the trade and owners are liable for their employees actions). If you two could come to an agreement as to how much was specifically lost and what payment method to reimburse in that works for both of you that would be great. You've been DNT'd until this is resolved. Please keep me posted here.

 

Slice and I have come to an agreement, I have been paid 200m, will receive the rest of the payment after this comment.

 

Have now received the full payment, thank you to Slice for being understanding of this scenario and paying me for his agent's mistake. Everybody learned something here and I'm sure this wont happen again.
