Reporting Burns for Breaking Contract Agreement, But i Broke the agreement myself

Explanation of the trade: This user recently sold his discord server to us making a agreement that we would be able to own it for at least another two months, we recently decided two weeks ago to sell the server back to him early since we for a while have been great friends. it was however agreed that even though we are selling him back to it early i would still get the next 5-6 weeks of cuts, (each week has the potential to earn me about 1B 07) * give or take of course as the orders that come in can obviously fluctuate.

Today he told me that he is stripping me of my ownership and only paying me for this weeks cuts, so i explained to him that he agreed that i would like to get the next 5-6 weeks of cuts that i am entitled to, as he told me when we sold it back to him that he would pay me for the next 5-6 weeks of cuts this person suddenly decided to break there agreements with me which makes no sense, you can't break your agreement with me screwing me out of billions in revenue (07 Gp) this is a snaky move that is going to leave me in the dust out billions, and no longer with a discord server that i was a admin in until now (The cuts are split between admins)

19. Those are screenshots proving that he agreeded i can not be kicked. so how is he going to be able to not only kick me but also refuse to pay me the 5-6 weeks of cuts he agreed to.

I think it's very concerning, that Burns hides his posts. He could be doctoring or using messages out of context. Do not make edit history/private reports

Which i believe is what i did - I was just aware of that rule and do apologize for that.

If any staff wants to have full access to my discord account and server to check nothing is doctored or out of context.

I find it funny that you bring up those stuff when you didn't include the part in your report when you paid workers x10 their deposit and some even had 5B in hopes that they would scam when i told you that you shouldn't be doing it but yet, you still did that. I do not believe you are to be trusted with deposits. They gave me the deposits, if you scammed after I gave it to you it would be on me, they didn't trust you with them.

None of them were even close to 10x the amount. the most was 2x, and I knew they wouldn't scam.

You're comparing adding a quester you would've agreed with to 4-5b with cuts, not to mention you didn't bring it up until a few days later.

And do you know how contracts work? If I broke it, we go back on the contract. We get crown back and you get your 2.5b back. You don't have a right to break it.

I don't care that much of him using an exact copy of our discord but what i hate is that he made a deal with Gucci for our stolen code and knows it after telling him about it but still he refuses to to take it down/stop using it.

Keep in mind i paid way above what i originally sold for and you can't simply go back to an old agreement whenever you feel like.

You put the whole discord in jeopardy when you decided to
1. Pay everyone well above their deposit limit
2. Told you to pay the other admins in which you replied "I don't trust admins"
3. Made a agreement with Gucci for stealing our bot knowingly that you didn't have/had any rights to it.



Jcw is saying that he has the chance to earn 1B weekly is 100% false and not even close.

For months cuts were split 2 ways ( jcw 50% Sebla 50% ) and under all these months, he never earned close to what he is saying. Jcw deleted our main channel where we post cuts 6 weeks ago when i sold the discord but the average cut is roughly (See deleted post above)



Ending note:
Jcw can't simply go back to that a agreement whenever he likes as that agreement has nothing to do with the new agreement and shouldn't be in the report as it has nothing to do with this.


I don't believe you should have a ground on sythe when you aren't following their rules regarding stealing customers/bot/misleading workers and taking things out of context especially when you removed the part of you paying and putting the discord in jeopardy or using an old agreement with the new one without saying anything about it or #18 which is an old screenshot that was posted 3-4 weeks ago, long before this new agreement.


I'm done posting after this as he continues to spread lies to workers/customers while still using the stolen copyrighted material in wish he refuses to stop doing it. - if staff wants access to my discord account to verify everything, let me know

Edit: Forgot about the part when he said that they didn't trust me with it, all of them re deposited right away and i'm currently holding it. He was just hoping that one of them would scam massively to ruin the discord.

Edit: A contract doesn't work like that, if you broke(which i didn't,you did), you can't simply go back to the old agreement. You didn't get kicked, you got deranked and offered a moderator spot and it wasn't because you broke the agreement - It was way more then that and the fact you put the discord in jeopardy the way you were acting.

 

Why would I trust some people who go back on their word? I'm not going to put my name at risk because I decide to give you deposits rather than giving it to the people who gave it to me, if they want to trust you, they can. But I'm sure there is a couple that would not trust you with deposit gp, so there was no point in giving it to you.

Me offering you the discord admin spot is not relevant, I was already hesitant to sell it to you because you were sketchy, and look what happened. You can't really run a discord without doing something to fuck it up, hence why you tried selling it multiple times before agreeing to give it to me and Sebla.

I started my own discord while I was owner, and on top of that, I also paid for the bot. The bot came from cut gp which was being sent to me at the time. But also guess what, the code wasn't "stolen." Your verson of stealing the code is giving it to someone then regretting it later, that's not stealing.

Not one person had 5b over their deposit limit, not one person had 10x their deposit limit, stop making up numbers.

For three weeks, me and sebla were making 500m each~. this would likely have continued for the final 5 weeks. On top of that, you agreed to pay 6x of the weekly cuts when buying the discord back. So if week 8 had 1b of cuts, you pay 6b. when finally buying it back. That is where that number comes from.

And you're still comparing adding a quester that you would have agreed to and that we urgently needed at the time/wasn't going to wait for you, it's not comparable

 

You didn't have the bot code at all - you confirmed that you got it from gucci.

You logic regarding on why you paid the deposits and payments while they were on customers account(which is what the deposits was for to cover our end)
You didn't trust any of the admins or mods and just straight up paid everyone out when told not to.

Benjee had 3b at the time you refunded his 2B deposit or are you gonna deny that as well? I don't care what your opinion is and you were never the owner of the discord.

I sold the discord to Sebla and he decided to keep you as admin but i don'tmnot for the agreement but the way you were acting and didn't do a good job of being admin.


I'm done talking about this, let the staff decide and please show us the agreement you made with gucci without taking things out of context but show the show whole DM conversation.

I did confirm I got it from Gucci, I'm just saying I don't think he "stole" it, you sent it to him, and he asked me if I wanted it, so I said yeah.

But way to go off topic with that, when the reason I made this post was because you scammed by deranking me after I sold server to you because you promised cuts would be same, I would not have agreed if I knew you were going to go back on it

 

Never have i given it to gucci at all.

Benje had 3b in payments + 2B deposit, you refunded the deposit = 5B but regardless of the amount, you left us with no protection and did it after telling you not to do it.

It's not going off topic regarding Gucci, you made a deal with him in exchange for the stolen code after i told you about it but you ignored it.
