Lol if it's about the price, i smoke atleast 10 a day, i get from most friends....but i really wish i never started...it fucking sucks....ya... i suggest the gum cheapest way, and it taste bad btw.

yh dude, just let a friend know your quitting, and make them keep you from smoking or trying to buy a pack. go work out in some gym, lift some weights, swim.

 

the 16 hour patches work well, and if its too hard to start, and you want to pick up another cig, cut it down by 50% then eventually to nothing.

Very good mate, try doing more activities to pass the time. After a week it will seem much easier. You'll get there even if it takes an attempt or two.

The nicorette gums, the patches etc. are all just bullshit. I am a smoker myself and I have tried those things. They DO NOT work, the pathes "inject" the nicotine to your organism, so basically, it's the same as smoking.

o i started smoking in 5th grade, but i dont smoke like everyday, i used smoke once in a while, that is because i couldnt rly get cigs at that age. i quit with out anything. but i have switched to weed. and smoke like 20$ of it a week.
try the gum things or join a program, i forgot what its called but i see this hotline thingy on tv look it up idk if it will work tho


also i would like to add, when i pick up a cig i light it and think about what im doing, and throw it down.
