Yes, because whether he did MM or not is the issue at hand. If you get hacked, you get hacked, and action needs to be taken (as long as you have proof), whether the transaction parameters were completed or not.





You actually need proof that it's his IP as well, ricky, as opposed to some random one you could've found anywhere.
