My Last Cigarette.

They have those fake cigarettes at the mall, I always see the guy at the stand puffing the smoke. Looks very real. Not sure how much they are, I've never stopped by considering I have no reason to. But yeah, looks like any other person with a cigarette, but I guess it helps you quit which is cool.

 

I suggest not quiting smoking

I suppose some people only do it because they are addicted.

I smoke because I like it.

Truthfully, out of the two years I smoked i'm sure I used a stove more then a lighter odd point.

 

Chew lots of gum, LOTS!!!!!! lol

 

I'm told that after the first 3 days of making it I shouldn't have a problem anymore.. so I will see after these 3 days..hopefully it works because, I do want one at the moment. :|

and im 15 years old..
well.. i suggest to you to eat alot of candy's.
It helps ^^
And drink alot of cola.. or water.

^_^' well i'm 18, and I don't really eat or drink much so.. I've just been..playing guitar, all night. and...trying to pass out in the chair. lol I went on a hunt for a cigg, and completely forgot about me quiting. ._.; but I didn't smoke it I broke it and threw it away. I had no idea how shitty they were, so I had to get stuck on them... ahhh the way of the world ._.

Not really.
But ciggarettes have got to be one of the best things that has ever happend to me. They never let me down. They're cheaper than having a girlfriend,tbh.

Meh ive been smoking for about 5 months, God i hate these things sometimes, just thinking how disgusting that smoke it makes me want to hurl, but at other times, i just get this crave just to have a few puffs, and that turns into one ciggarette right there.

Smoking these Newports is like a death sentence. Things were specifically made to kill you if you ask me. The first one I have during the day alawys makes me light headed (yah they're that strong).

I want to stop, but the again I dont worry too much because the only times I get cravings is when I am outside doing nothing.

Good luck to you, I hope I have enough will to quit as well. But knowing how bad and stressful things are in stored for me, I doubt I'll get far.

Be active, ie play sports, keep heart rate up, have sex.

It'll keep your mind off of smoking.

 

After sex, i'm sure would be the best time for one, so I think will keep that one out of my to do list ^_^'


everyone asks me why I want to quit smoking?..

When you start waking up with your chest killing you, and you start puking up black gunk, Can't skate really anymore, spending $3.25 on a pack everyday..It really makes my paranoia, 10 times worse.. If I can take out all of that, with just not doing something. ^_^' I think I will try it out.

 

hey I promised to post pics of myself enjoying smoking to make it harder for you, but I got caught today by my mom when a bunch of rolling papers came in the mail, so I am quitting too ^_^
