    AFK = Away from Keyboard.

    As in you go to a spot and leave your character logged in while it trains itself. I've done this for 99 attack, strength, and now moving on to defence(at 92 now). No bans, I do about 70% completely afk where I just talk to my friends when there on, set it up over night while I slept and at school. It can be bannable but it isn't anywhere near as harsh as botting. I highly advise not using anti-ban while you afk train, then they could hit you for both botting and afking.

    I know that afk means away from keyboard, but how do you (without a bot) train urself while you ain't doing anything? it doens't click/eat and stuff ? how do you train then?

    when i do fight caves i might do it AFK i would probs go and clean my room or get something ot eat then come back and put it back in....when i do that i time my guy and get an avaerage jow long he stays in the then when its bout 20 secs before dieing i come back and wait then repeat =)

    but yes it is bannable for being AFK and making your character train ECT. it says in the stronghold of security =)

    What about afking to take a piss? Can they ban you for that? Can they actually detect the amount of weight being applied to your desk chair.. Or what if you just sit there not touch your mouse watching the computer screen while listening to music, that can't ban you for that your there just not doing anything. If they did ban you for that and I was paying for members I would be contacting my lawyers and getting some of there fucking money let me tell you what.

    Wear guthans(heals for you) attack bandits(they are agressive to you) go afk... There's better places :p

    Unless your pisses last longer then 24 hours they have no way of knowing when your gone.

    you can go a good 40 minutes at bandits with 95 def and not even need to be at the computer. I was never banned for it and managed to max out one account and nearly another off it.

    if you didnt know... jagex monitors quick chat worlds more than normal. why? lots of autoers think its a very good choice to make... more people are getting banned from using quickchat worlds autoing/afk than normal worlds.. but sure, if you want to get banned quickchat is the world for you ;)

    i got banned 10 days at bandits, and all i ever left for was running upstairs to make foodz, and catching brown trout.
    Jagex doesnt need a ryme or reason to ban you, heck its a good deal for them, you pay for mems and get banned thus not using any of their server.

    Most people get banned because they set something on an arrow key and spin the screen for 20+ minutes...now some nerds are weird, but do you think anyone really just sits there watching the screen move (without moving the mouse at all)

    also jagex can tell if you are moving your mouse or not, most likely because of the text ready thing in the top left.

    How do you do this, that you leave it when you sleep? It should log you automatically out after 90seconds if u dont press anything on keyboard in rs or click something in rs
