My Last Cigarette.

Get someone who is close to you to help motivate you on your goal. Maybe your mother or father could help.

 

If you kill yourself, then you won't need to smoke anything.

But seriously, just think about the consequences everytime you look at or think about a cigarette, and you won't smoke anymore.

 

Ehh, My dad don't give a shit, and I have no idea where my mother is. lol..she left about a year ago and never came back so, I'm on my own with this one, and the main reason I was going to quit idk seems to be falling apart.

 

don't hang out with people who smoke and try to play basketball basketball is ftw

 

Keep in mind everytime you smoke you take 11 mins off your life. You can save so much money too. Good luck!

I second what vier said, but in reality the holy herb is better for you then cigarettes. even better if you actualy do only smoke it once a week, but again dont start an addicton after hearing it on the internet .

 

people buying your shoes for 1.2k real life cash if your the best at basketball or..... you paying 10-30 dollars a on a pack of cigs your choice

 

If you are determined and you have something else to occupy your mind you should be able to get over the habit.

That will just help stop the temptation a bit more without having lighters.

I had to quit smoking for a few months, after I had been smoking for about a year and a half.
I dropped it without any thing to calm cravings, it's tuff but if you stick to it you'll be fine.

 

hmmm heres an idea for you gtfo cigs and smoke weed...

 

Do some activities that will keep your mind off of smoking or... you can go chill on rs :O

Sunflower seeds, Jolly Ranchers, and Jawbreakers. Those help me ALOT. I still smoke, but at times when I wasn't (couldn't more-so..) they would help me crave less.

Don't hang around friends that smoke, if you do talk to them and ask them politely if they will not smoke around you. Get rid of any convenient flame sources, any cigarettes you have, etc. Sit in non-smoking section of restaraunt .

 

i smoked but i quit near the start of november now i chew gum and spit.those are my habits. im only 12 years old and i quit after mymom found out i smoked.

 

well like some have said you could get a new hobbie but try to feel guilt whenever you look at the cigarette think about it before lighting it think about how much better things could be without it your health the money saved think it before smoking it think of the upside of not smoking because there really is no downside.

think about why you need the cigarette see thats the thing you dont need it so throw it away tear it out of your life make smoking the past be determined and you can accomplish
