Need a little help..

Alright well, my main M 3 n t 4 1 is Locked due to someone I think trying to get my pass.. Even though I tryed to unlock it, with all the correct information jagex acting as if runescape accounts are fucking godly, and just the chance that I may be a scammer, they will not give me a chance to get it back.



Any ideas on how I can get my account back?

I have all the correct information. I know my Recoverys, And I know my agreement number for membership, Old pass words, I am abit off on, because I don't know why. I can't really think of the first password or anything, I know the last two. ._.; I hope this wouldn't completely kill my chances of getting it back because I put alot of time into it of course, for jagex to fuck with my account and make it to were I can't use it.. -.-; Sorry for the random ranting, just abit pissed off at the moment. o.o'

Ive lost numerous accounts and as you said you've given them all the correct information and they still refuse to give it to you then there isnt much hope im afraid. However, if you can remeber you first password that might help alot.

I've heard of people emailing jagex directly about their "unfairly banned accounts and it has worked for some people, like Libum1 for example.

That stinks, very bad position to be in.

I think i've seen a thread in the guides section that gives a way to message Jagex like you have a billing problem, and since it has to do with money they actually look at it:huh:

So maybe you could try it like that, since you have all the correct information you should be able to :/
