    Explain the service:

    I wanted a fresh level 3 account to have Lunars and Dream Mentor completed + any requirements associated with the quests.

    Amount scammed:

    It is hard to gauge the 'amount.' The service was 110M + I gave him 50M to use on the account to train. I don't know if 160M is fair to say... but that's how it currently feels.

    @ShootinnStar's worker, bodrum, calculated what was needed and gave me a quote. I paid, made a fresh account, bought a bond, bought the gold for him to train the account up.

    He had an oversight with the 85 CB requirement for Dream Mentor. He apologized and said he will complete it at no extra cost. Some days have gone by. Money and time invested into the account. Bod is now saying he will not do 85 CB nor do Dream Mentor (and refund 3.5M) unless I want to train to 85 CB myself. This is him backing out of a deal that we had agreed upon which is completely unfair to me. He later proceeded to lie and said he never agreed to getting 85 CB... honestly disgusting to straight up lie like that.

    The situation sucks and it’s not great for him either, but it is what we agreed upon. I would have never done this order nor made the new account if all of this was not included in the service. So either he can complete the order or they can give me a full refund plus keep the account. I’ll happily give them the email as well. I tried to resolve this with the owner of the service, but he is siding with his worker... so here we are. If you guys tell me I am in the wrong here and they have not violated any Sythe rules by doing this, I will happily take this as a loss and a learning lesson. I feel like I've been cheated though.

    Ideally, I would like the service to be completed with the 85 CB being done by his worker. If they are not willing to fulfill that option, a refund of 160M sounds fair to me. They can keep the account and I will give email access if they so choose as the account serves no purpose without 85 CB + Dream Mentor completed. Maybe it is worth considering a TWC because Bodrum is reneging on an agreed upon deal? Idk that's up to the staff of Sythe to determine. If this is ruled against my favor so be it... no hard feelings. The money is not a huge amount, it's more an issue of ethics and running a business the RIGHT way. Let me know what you folks think.

    @ShootinnStar Would you care to correct this? The logs provided shows that the 85 combat was to be included, as it was in oversight by both parties and would be completed for free. If you really want me to get involved I will @Myshirtisoff @ShootinnStar , though it's very clear on what should happen here. I will give you some time @ShootinnStar as you are the owner of the service, and i don't believe you have been online to think about the situation

    Alright, I just reviewed everything yet again, and it seems like my worker did accept the mistake made by the customer where he said
    "i just noticed Dream mentor needs 85 Combat so def in magic will be high its my mistake didn't notice it early so no extra cost for the service"

    He says here that he just noticed the 85CB requirement and that its his mistake and that he will do it at no extra cost.

    After a few days later (Working on the order etc knowing that theres that 85cb requirement)

    He says this
    "I will refund u 3.5m for dream mentor. It takes 5days till i reach der lvl.... and i did count the addings to go to the lvls i told you mage def takes 76m... all prequest skill reqs will be done. Unless the 85 combat."

    He makes it clear that he doesnt want to take on the order anymore and that he will refund it (Not willing to take order because he loses out on too much money + time as said above)

    All in all, this means that my worker did accept to go through with the 85CB requirement and actually complete it, a few days later he changes his mind and decides not to anymore.

    He broke TOS rule 14.

    14. After accepting an order (This means that the customer has paid for the order) You must complete it. If you don’t want to do so anymore it will be at the cost of your deposit! (You are allowed to ask another worker if they are willing to do this for you but your not allowed to outsource it to another service provider!)

    My worker has agreed to finish the order as usual but he doesn't want to get the 85CB requirement.
    After the order has been finished, Ill be looking to get the 85CB requirement done by another worker of mine at our cost.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, I didn't really pay attention last night when I was reading the ticket. Hope its resolved now / Can be resolved now.
