Get shit off of Acne.org it is the same shit as Proactive but it costs half as much. They have the 3 step shit like Proactive too, cleanser, ph cream, and lotion, and you can buy each separately. I've been using this stuff for a year and it works like a charm.

I don't use the lotion anymore because my skin got used to the ph, so that saves more money. But Acne.org sells a 16oz cleanser (lasts you forever) for only $9 and the 8oz ph solution for $16. And I know Proactive sells their 4oz cleanser for $12-16 and their 4oz ph solution for $12-16. But yeah man save yourself some money and go to acne.org.

 

Accutane worked wonders. Cleared up my acne everywhere.

 

I agree with Honeo, just go see a dermatologist and tell him you have tried loads of other products including antibiotics. Hopefully they will then proscribe accutane, but its a long process to actually get the drug since its highly controlled substance. I was on it when I was younger and worked phenomenally its also rather expensive somewhere around $450 a month and I had to take it for six months. So hopefully you have decent health insurance my parents insurance covered about $400 each month.

 

AHH! man i remember those days lol, at around 13-14 my forehead was covered in this shit, just use a towel applied with some soap and just rubbed it to the infected area
we have something similiar called 'clearasil' but its bullshit

EDIT: i can remember a few of my friends used to say apply toothspace on the pimples and leave it overnight then clean it off the next morning.

 

i use daily clensing pads never seem to get them suppose i'm just lucky.

I got lucky I guess because I barely got any my entire life, the worst case I ever had was a few on my forehead a couple days after a mud fight (long, sexy story).

 

I just bathe my face in gasoline and light it on fire. Gets rid of pimples easy as a blast.

 

For some reason, toothpaste seems to work best for me.

 

ight listen here, when i had a bad case of ance i went to the doctors, everything bought proactive for 60 dollars when it first came out etc.. etc.. and nothing worked.

Eventually i just gave up, and started using non-scented soap everyday and that cleared my face up really quick.

Also, some cases of acne cannot be cared, you just live with them to the age of 17 or 18 maybe even more depends on when you stop with puberty.

 

Acuteen is for you, Take it like an injection, you get your bloodwork taken once a month and it turns your face into the Serengeti for 24 hours, but then no more tears.

 

One thing that works but should only be used as a last resort is.... Neosporin

You put in on your pimple and it will disapper and prevent a breakout.

Also its important not to use neosporin often its a strong antibiotic and will kill the good bacteria with the bad and can cause bacterial resistance so it should really be a one time last resource for a special occation or a perticularly bad break out.

 

also theres another thing if your acne is reaaaallllly bad, i forget what it's called but it's a pill that removes all your acne. when you first take it your face breaks out a little then it removes it all somehow. the article from health class said it also does something to your blood pressure or emotional distress or something

 

i thought the green tea in proactiv made it so you didnt get dried skin lol
i use this neutragena face wash every night and this sort of light blue astringent on a cotton ball...it helps ALOT, especially right after you get out of the shower. you can see all the dirt on the cottonball after you wipe your face so you know it's doing its job

 

Preventing acne in some people is much more than just washing your face.

 

proactiv is dumb once u stop taking it the pimples come right back

im usingn some $100 medicine that does shit..litterly it says put it on b4 u sleep, so i do that its a liquid and then i go to sleep its all over my pillows the next day ....

and if i let it dry b4 i go to sleep it is sticky..nasttyy

 

I have some mild acne and sometimes I'll get a bad breakout. I just wash my face in the shower everyday. I know some people who have it really bad, and someone who even had it since fourth grade. so I don't let it bother me, most teenagers have it to some degree.
