Paid Moderators

How would this 'system' work? Would it be based on a quota of dealt issues and other things?

Personally, I doubt this would work. We'd have to have supervisors and so much more, Sythe would have to put money out of his pocket to pay for a simple job.

I believe status as a moderator in a 3k+ community is reward enough.

You read the Yakov thread. Richard isn't going to be wasting any money that he doesn't absolutely need to.

Secondly, not all staff members are legit. Why pay someone so they can make even more profit when they decide to scam?

I guess so. Out of his pocket? No, it'll come from ad revenues and donations, but I highly doubt it'll even be a high amount.
