How do i printscreen the RuneScape window?

I can't seem to get the handle of the RuneScape window anymore, so how do i go about printscreening just the runescape window?
The method i have so far is by using the Desktop DC and just using the co-ord's of my form, the problem with that is the border thickness of the windows comes into play (xp and vista have different window border thicknesses). So on xp the image will be slightly cut off by a few pixels.

Any help / ideas?

 

make the border a few pixels bigger and make a border for vista and on xp itll just be the screen..?

not a perm fix but definitely a temp fix
