What's the summoning skill?

 

Is it muted? Offenses? Is the membership going to renew after 28 days? How was the members paid for. Just some information I'd like to know before making a bid.

 

Its not muted it has 6 black marks though. With all but 1 offense appealable (got these offenses way back in august of 08 and beyond). Membership for all I know isn't going to be renewed, and I do not know how it was paid for.
