E-check claim and cancel

sorry posted in wrong section earlier

Usually when i send an echeck and file a claim and cancel it works fine(only done this 2 times but it worked fine both times). well i tried to do it yesterday and once i filed the claim it was automatically returned to me, it said the payment was unclaimed but last i checked u cant claim an echeck anyway.

I called paypal and they didnt know what i was talking about soooo just wondering what u guys think the problem is.

I don't think you can do a claim/cancel on a check unless you want it returned to you.

 

Yah, you can`t claim and cancel E-checks.

 

i am almost 100% sure I have done it before, if this is true I must be completely out of my mind.
