Terms of Service:
1. You are not allowed to log into any account having services completed on it.
2. You must change your password after services.
3. No refunds requests can be processed once work has begun. If an order requires refunding, only the unfinished protion of the order will be refunded.
4. All payments are to be made before service can start on any account. You must have all requirements for quests/other services paid for.
5. If an order is taken and the account does not have the requirements we will ask if you would like the portion of the order refunded, or ask for payment to obtain the requirements.
6. There will be people claiming to be us trying to scam you, always verify discord accounts and unique ID.
7. We will not use any type of macro, advertise, or abuse any bugs on your account.
8. You must remove any excess gp or items from your account prior to service.
9. Orders are completed by my team of trusted individuals and are not just limited to completion only by Chich or the worker directly assigned to tickets (Some workers are teams of people).
10. You accept that breaking any rules will result in termination of service and loss of payment.
11. All timeframes are estimates, orders may be completed faster or slower then projected completion times.
12. We are not responsible for any mutes, bans, locks, HCIM deaths, leveling stats on restricted accounts, or loss of acc wealth that happens before/during/after the service.
13. All communication with workers must be in ticket, only account info should be sent via Direct Message.
14. Pirates of Gielinor Reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason without reimbursement of order value.
15. By submitting a ticket you are agreeing to our terms of service. All orders must be placed by submitting a ticket in the Pirates of Gielinor Discord Server.
16. Ironman bank values are calculated by ge price for all orders in Pirates of Gielinor including untradeables. If an Ironman bank is lost due to fault of Pirates of Gielinor only the GP equivalent of the bank value will be reimbursed to the client. Pirates of Gielinor will not cover damges for any theoretical time lost due to the acc in question being ironman or another restricted type of game account.
17. Pirates of Gielinor will not be held responsible for any amount over 1b gp in any disputes regarding items lost, time lost, or any issues regarding an order placed with us.
