Very nice. I play guitar also. I've only been playing a couple of months but I can do the finger tapping part to One and I can play alot of songs.

 

Yeah the tapping to one is really easy, that was just added at a friends request.

 

the sound wont work for me? any idea, i turned my speakers on and off and even turned them all the way up. made sutr the youtube volume was up also. any idea?

 

Not a clue check ur sound control panel and see if ur volume is muted there? thats the only thing I can think of.

ok i am into lots of types of metal and rock....like black metal, and everything like that....like cradle of filth, satyricon and yah...

do u know any songs that are kinda easy to play of metal songs? cause right now i am learning the frets but i can play the strings....

also when u play mute do u go on the very end of the string?

i was thinking about buying a distorition pedal for metal type sounds what kind should thats a kinda cheap price but good?

and u know any songs that are easy beginner songs? cause i have maybe been playing for a couple of months and i have been getting more into it

Well as for most metal it's usually fairly difficult you will probably need to start out w\ some punk rock\alternative etc. and work your way up but a few fairly easy songs are keep in mind I am not including there difficulty w\ there solo included you can go back and learn the solo's after you practiced your scales\sweeps etc.

palm muting you place your palm at the very end of the strings just enough to silence the ring of the strings

weeping demon foot pedals are nice.

as I said before give me a little more information on what you can do w\ your guitar and I can better name off some songs that will challenge you and get you more skilled.

ah well my skill i guess isn't that bad..i can paly an okay kinda fast speed.... i can play some songs that i know:

dammit intro by blink-182
intro to sweet child of mine by guns n' roses
funky town and play that funky music...
i can play wasted years by iron madien intro as well as fear of the dark intro...
and more...
but lately though i have just been messing around with the chords..like A, E, Em, G and such like that
and i can play smoke on the water but with the power chrods..
and as well as i have an acousitc electric guitar...
but i wouldn't say im good but im intermediate...
and im starting to get the palm muting but also

0.0 holy crap dude I thought my friends were good, you just blow them out of the water. Are those the only songs you can play though? ( i doubt it ) but you never know.

And do you suggest I learn acoustic then jump to electric or just do electric the whole time? My friend said that I should just keep doing acoustic so I will know both, but idk I would rather just do electric.

 

The x's are where you palm mute and strum open to where the strings sound muffled. [ I think thats the right word to use lol]

Currently my video camera is fucked up so I can't make new ones just ones I haven't put on but I was planning on putting it on considering thats the only hendrix song I really care for.

I have yet to find a song I can't play.

Well I started out on an acoustic and in my experience I would switch to electric as it is easier to learn then once you get all your fundamentals down and such and can do everything pretty easily on your electric guitar then work on your chords etc. w\ your acoustic but still try to play your acoustic or else it will be a bitch to get used to it again.
