So, I accidentally post spam in General.



"You have been banned for the following reason:
This is spam. Take it to the Spam Forum. Banned for 2 weeks due to accrual ~ Finn"

No warning, no nothing.

A WARNING IS REQUIRED.

1 infraction for a wrong section.. is bullshit.

And the thread hasn't even been moved.

 

The infraction given by Finn shouldn't have been given I suppose.

According to the ways he 'says' that he infracts, he should have given you a Warning, but I'm certain he did it because you're one of the Spam Forum regulars.

As a result, I'm certain Lnc made an Account out of frustration. And I can see where all of the Staff would say, 'Well, if he made another Account and is Ban Evading, then he needs Perm Banned.'

Hm. Did you think that he shouldn't have been Banned in the first place, so there was really no reason to having to make a new Account?

If it were me, I would have the Infraction reversed and you unbanned. I guess you'll have to wait for other Staff Members to post their voice of reason.

Yeah, you had a warning from Nathan for spamming on the 18th of October. The ban will stay.
